In year 2011, one Macau (China) place an order of incinerator, model SYC-30. This order under CIF business term and the carton boat via Hongkong port. Our shipping agent notify us there is a accident at Hongkong when upload & download, but we donot understand details. After we understand this news and notify our Macau customer immediately and ask him assess carefully when accept carton. Under this kind of scenario, insurance company cannot indemnify because customer accept carton and sign record. Customers should know that buyer bear all risks of loss of or damage to the goods from the time they’ve passed the ship's rail at the named port of shipment. We proposal apply All Risks insurance under each contract. When purchaser pickup goods at local site, must inspect carefully. If any damage occurred under insurance policy, buyer should notify insurance company and Clover Medical Limited immediately. We will provide necessary assistance.
